Being in the kitchen practically all of her life, Mackenzie (Mack) was always in the kitchen while her mom taught her sweet, and her dad taught her savory. She originally went to college for Interior Architecture, but while studying abroad and taking a trip to Paris with her mom, Mackenzie bought some macarons while visiting the Eiffel Tower and vowed to perfect her recipe and one day open a bakery selling her own creations.
While living in New Jersey for the year, Mackenzie studied under the wings of an Italian Pastry Chef of 50+ years and earned the title of a Sous Pastry Chef.
